This 3 hour workshop will introduce you to mindfulness and mindful self-compassion practices designed specifically for busy mamas of kids of all ages! We all know how joyful, busy and stressful the life of a mom can be. In this workshop we’ll explore how mindfulness and self-compassion can help us move through the challenging times with more ease, and how to be more present for the joyful times, so that we can be less stressed, and more loving so that we can help both ourselves and our children to blossom and flourish.
And that’s not all...the workshop is followed by a free glass of wine (or other beverage of your choice) and a social hour (appetizers available for purchase). So grab your besties and come for some mindful self care!
(This workshop is appropriate for everyone — if you’re a beginner you’ll get introduced to some great techniques and if you’re an experienced practitioner you’ll be able to deepen your practice and learn how to apply it to parenting).
