This learn to run clinic is geared towards those looking to make the move to a barefoot/minimal style of running.
Covered topics will include;
-Warm ups/cool down
-strength training to support barefoot/minimalist running
-running specific flexibility routine
-And of course running technique
-common inefficiencies and how to fix them
-simple training program for running skill development
This 3 hour workshop is being taught by Dwayne and will be drawing heavily from both his MovNat and GMB training
