This class offers accessible practices to cultivate sustainable movement and body awareness. It encompasses a range of gentle and dynamic movements. We use posture, movement, and stillness to learn more about our own unique bodies and the forces that move all living things. This class includes a range of possibilities from Restorative Yoga Postures, gentle tossing of balls or bean bags, to gentle joint freeing movement,  hula hooping, rolling, dancing or playing. Come with an open mind!
