This class is suitable for all bodies age 10+ with a parent. 

Enjoy an hour of building strength, co-ordination, balance and resilience in a light and fun atmosphere in our indoor or outdoor studio. We will move our bodies in all sorts of unique ways, throw and catch objects, crawl and jump, navigate obstacle courses and enjoy the natural movement of our bodies in a non-competitive atmosphere.
