Meditate & Restore

A 60-minute practice of deepening awareness and compassion for strong emotions, sensations, and persistent thoughts. Using mindful breathing and other mindfulness techniques, Meditate and Restore starts with a seated meditation practice, unfolding into a series of supported restorative yoga poses to calm the nervous system. This class is appropriate for new and returning students.
