Kick off your shoes and come prepared to explore your full range of potential!

We will begin with a warm-up and then explore a variety dynamic movement modalities borrowing from MovNat, Animal Flow, Fighting Monkey and more. The class may include: throwing and catching, jumping, hanging, stability work, crawling or playing games to improve co-ordination.
 No two classes are alike! 

We will close with a gentle warm-down of stretching and simple seated yoga postures- finally arriving on our backs for savasana.

This class is suitable for all students who have a base level of mobility and agility.
