In each season, we crave different foods, and celebrate different holidays.  What if we were to allow the seasons to inform our movement practice?  Turning our curious awareness toward the body, through guided somatic movement and embodied meditation, we have a felt-sense of our inter-connected-ness and can both celebrate the wisdom of the seasons and the wisdom of the body.  

Join Anne Pitman and Lisa Paterson (alternately) for a slow and non-insistent movement meditation practice that looks to the changing seasons for inspiration.
