Meditation Community Sit

Dive deeper into your practice and enjoy a community sit with like-minded meditators in our community. These sessions will include a guided meditation based on various traditions and disciplines that aim to expand your knowledge and inspire your practice. Our sits are followed by time to talk and conclude with an activity or social experiment that facilitates our journey to become better humans!
This gathering is by donation or using a class pass. The instructors are not paid, but volunteer to facilitate.
