This class will guide you through one of the core mindfulness meditation practices. Mindfulness meditation is a style of practice that focuses on paying attention to what is present in the here and now while fostering an open and accepting stance and aims at raising one's awareness of their own experience. 

This class is offered in a bilingual format.
