Erase negative effects of stress caused by daily living, repetitive motions, sports training or too much sitting! This workshop features MELT® self-massage and core stability techniques designed to help restore foot and ankle motion, relieve knee, hip and back pain, release neck and shoulder stiffness and quiet your nervous system for better sleep, more energy and improved movement performance. Using a soft density roller, small balls and a Bunion Band*, you will learn several 10 minute self-care treatment sequences that are easy to do at home.
MELT techniques restore the hydration of your connective tissue so that your movements are more precise and your risk of common injuries is restored. You will notice immediate improvements in alignment and experience a more comfortable body.

                            This class includes a 15 minute break in the middle. 

Fee:     $70.00 total including HST,  includes a FREE Bunion Band and take-home self-care treatment maps.

Early bird registrants will receive a FREE MELT Large Soft Ball. Register by August 1st to qualify.

Equipment: MELT equipment is available to loan. Please bring your own if you have it. Limited quantities of rollers and ball kits are available to purchase (cash or cheque).
