This class brings together all the good things about this new Movement Revolution taking place all over the globe! When we get off the treadmill of approaching our movement as 'exercise' we are free to explore and increase the potential of our bodies through this new lens. 

Each class we start with mobilizing the feet- and then we move through the entire body articulating joints to increase our over all joint mobility. 

Next we explore new movement patterns with an emphasis on balance, co-ordination, strength and agility leaving you feeling more centred, more grounder, stronger and taller.
