Our weekend morning meditation classes explore common techniques and foundations of mindfulness. Each class with have a different theme or approach, but all will end with the Loving Kindness, Metta, Meditation. 

This class is led by our team of instructors and changes from week to week. 

To book a spot in this class you must sign-in. If you do not have an active pass you will be prompted to purchase one first before making a class reservation.
